Dale Covington has been teaching and guiding paragliding throughout the world since 1990. Dale offers an incredible wealth of experience gained from thousands of flights and cross country miles. He held the Montana and Utah cross country state records. Dale Covington was one of the first instructors in the US, as well as one of the first Pilots to receive the P5 or Master rating.

Dale is the owner of Big Sky Paragliding, which he founded in Missoula, Montana. He later moved to Salt Lake City to teach at the Point of the Mountain. Hundreds of people have been introduced and trained in the sport of paragliding under Dale's wing.

His passion for flying is contagious. The humility and respect he demonstrates through his teaching makes him a perfect leader for any of the trips he organizes.
